I imaged another MSX cassette titled `Star Blazer` containing Bitgame's tape conversion of Sony's Japanese ROM release of Starcraft's Star Blazer. Bitgame is identified on the packaging. The game mentions a `Star Craft` copyright on the title screen. Both sides contains the same first-stage loader followed by the game itself, including a machine code loader - except that the cope on Side A is different and also does not work. The ROM image found inside Side B is different from the version I previously saw on a similar-looking but damaged tape, and has been modified such that it does not work when loaded as a 16KB ROM image. though that one was only recorded on one side. The case insert has `CST 097` printed on it which may be a product code. The Side A label and the instruction card both mention that this tape doesn't load ("no carga") but Side B seemed to work fine for me.

This tape's loader requires at least 64KB of main system RAM in primary slot 1 to load successfully. This is already the case on Talent MSX'es sold in Argentina, but on many other MSX'es it will fail to load. Adding a memory expansion of 64KB or more in primary slot 1 that is large enough to be selected as the primary system memory should allow it to start on most models, however.

CAS image fingerprint for the still-functional parts of the software found on this tape:

Raw 24-bit stereo 44100 Hz FLAC audio was imaged using a Nakamichi BX-125 tape deck and a Steinberg UR22mkII USB ADC with Audacity under Win11 and is intended to be archival, CAS is for emulator use, and WAV is regenerated from CAS for the benefit of an actual MSX. Short filenames and long ones contain the same data.
